Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued a ratification instrument, approving a draft accord on air services between Qatar and South Africa to establish services between and beyond their territories. It was signed in Doha on 27 June 1998. The Emir also issued a ratification instrument, approving a draft agreement on economic, trade, investment and technical cooperation between Qatar and Peru, signed in Doha on 20 February 2014. The Emir also issued a ratification instrument, approving endorsement of an agreement to establish a houbara breeding centre in Al Beid province in Algeria. It was signed in Algiers on 7 January 2013.
Emir ratifies Cabinet decisions
Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday ratified the Cabinet decision No. 20 of 2014 on establishing an appeals committee at the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning. The Emir also endorsed the Cabinet decision No. 21 of 2014 amending some provisions of the decision No. 17 of 2003 on establishing a committee for naming areas, quarters, streets and squares. QNA
