Khartoum: Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al Bashir lauded Qatar’s efforts in realising peace in Darfur, stressing that Qatar has worked honestly and seriously for the solution to the issue.
At the end of the Second Um Jaras Forum for Peace in Darfur on Sunday, he also praised Qatar’s support in the reconstruction and rebuilding of Darfur which contributed to restoring peace and stability. He called on the armed movements to sign the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur. QNA
