DOHA: Al Emadi Enterprises, the developer of the new Alhazm project, has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a Belgian fashion brand, ‘American Outfitters’, which has become the first retailer for the venue.
The recently visited official Belgian delegation, which included government ministers and members of the Belgian royal family, were also present at the signing ceremony.
