Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani will honour the men’s graduation ceremony of Qatar University’s Class of 2015 on May 20.
H H Sheikha Jawahir bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani, wife of the Emir, will grace the women’s ceremony on May 21. Both ceremonies will be held at Qatar National Convention Center.
This year, the number of graduates has increased considerably from 1,269 students last year (989 men and 280 women) to 1,560 students (460 men and 1,100 women) who will be graduating with Bachelors, Masters, and diplomas from all colleges. This year’s batch also includes 180 outstanding students.
