Abuja--Nigeria's main opposition candidate on Tuesday told AFP that he was "very confident" of an election win, as the final results of a tense presidential campaign came in.
Asked if he was confident of having won, after his All Progressives Congress (APC) claimed victory, the 72-year-old former military ruler said only: "I am very confident, thank you very much."
