Lausanne--Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov returned Tuesday to crunch talks in Switzerland aimed at agreeing by midnight the outlines of a landmark nuclear deal with Iran, an AFP reporter said.
Before leaving Moscow, Lavrov had said that the chances of a deal curtailing Iran's nuclear programme were "high" and that the "prospects of this round of talks are not bad, even good I would say".
