Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received at his office in the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday morning, March 31, 2026, HE John Healey, Secretary of State for Defence of the friendly United Kingdom.
During the meeting, regional and international developments were discussed, especially in light of the escalating tensions in the Middle East region.
The bilateral cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom were also reviewed, especially in the defense field, along with ways to strengthen and develop them in a manner that serves the common interests of the two friendly countries. In particular discussions focused on military cooperation, in a way that supports efforts to address security challenges.
