Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab, Qatar’s permanent representative to the United Nations and other international organisations in Geneva, met Dr Hamadoun Toure, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunications Union. They discussed ways to strengthen Qatar’s cooperation with ITU.
