Sanaa: A Qatari team, led by the Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation H E Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohamed bin Jabor Al Thani, participated yesterday in laying the foundation stone for projects affiliated to Yemeni Orphan Care Centre, a development organisation, with donations from Qatar charities.
