Qatar Tamizhar Sangam held a ‘Winter Carnival’ for its members and their families at the Indian Cultural Centre auditorium recently. A three-hour cultural programme kept the audience engaged. Many competitions were held as part of the carnival. Prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners by the guests of honour, Doha Bank CEO R Seetharaman, ICC President Tarun Basu, ICC General Secretary Seenu Pillai, and Durai Jeyavelu Dheen.
