Qatar Volleyball League champions, Police will take on Al Rayyan while the league runners-up, El Jaish will face Al Arabi in the Qatar Cup fixtures released by Qatar Volleyball Federation.
The teams will play each other in a double leg format, with the winners clashing in the final of the tournament which is restricted for the top-four teams of the league.
League runners-up El Jaish will take on Al Arabi, who were the third placed team in the League
League champions, Police will lock horns against Al Rayyan the fourth placed winner and the league runners-up, El Jaish will shake hands with Al Arabi, which finished third in the league.
The first leg matches will be played on April 2 and the return leg action is set for April 4. All the matches will be played at the Women's Sports Committee Hall.
Meanwhile, Al Khor Club and Al Gharafa Club made it to the last eight stage of the Emir Cup Volleyball Championship in Doha on Friday.
Al Khor warded off a spirited resistance from Al Ahli Club and scripted a 26-24, 18-25, 25-15, 25-22 victory. Al Gharafa also battled hard against Al Sadd Club to clinch a 25-23 25-23 25-21.
Al Khor and Al Gharafa joined five other teams who were directly drawn into the quarter-finals –Police, Al Arabi Club, Al Rayyan Club, El Jaish and Al Shamal. The quarter-finals will be played next month.
Al Arabi take on Al Shamal, Al Rayyan Club are pitted against Al Khor, Al Wakrah clash with El Jaish and Police will face Al Gharafa.
