DOHA: ExxonMobil Qatar’s women’s network (EMRA’A) hosted a professional development workshop in Doha last week for more than 150 female employees from Qatar Petroleum, Qatargas, and ExxonMobil Qatar.
‘The Power of Presence’ workshop was led by Holly Davis, a Senior Consultant, Behavioral Expert and Leader Coach with Right Management.

The workshop helped participants explore tools and skills that will allow them to discover and develop their own unique presence. By using a range of techniques, Davis showed the group how to find their voice and purpose, enhance their presence as a leader in the workplace, and lead by inspiring and empowering others.

For two decades, Davis has been involved in helping organizations and leaders improve their effectiveness through a holistic approach that links behavior change to business results.

She has led large scale leadership development projects for global organizations spanning a diverse range of industries including conventional and alternative energy, financial services, technology, manufacturing, utilities, medical, and pharmaceutical. Davis has helped leaders achieve breakthrough results in effectively engaging their workforce and stimulating innovative solutions.
