Turkey returns to normal with lifting Covid-19 restrictions

Ankara: Turkey ended Thursday the curfew which was implemented as part of measures to counter the outbreak of COVID-19 in the country.

Turkish Anadolu Agency (AA) reported that Turkey has now moved into the third stage of the gradual normalization process with the lifting of restrictions imposed in the context of combating COVID-19.

Turkish Interior Ministry issued a circular containing decisions related to returning to normal life in the country, starting from July 1st.

Among the most prominent of these decisions is the abolition of curfew restrictions that were imposed at night during weekdays and on Sundays, in addition to lifting all travel restrictions between Turkish cities.

The death toll and infections from Coronavirus across Turkey decreased to 45 deaths, bringing the total to 5,496, according to the latest data of the Turkish Ministry of Health.
