Doha: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) will open the doors of its new service centre in Al Wakrah today.
The new service centre is located at Al Khaleej Street.
The centre will receive customers from Sunday to Thursday from 6.30am to 2.30pm. The new premises is equipped with many facilities to help customers. With its easily accessible location, the new building provides optimum convenience for customers and employees.
The customer-friendly decision was been taken recently to cater to the growing number of customers and to help the organisation define its theme.
Recently, Kahramaa’s Al Khor Service Centre was also relocated to a new place of the town.
The latest decision is within the continual improvement efforts being carried on by the corporation.
Kahramaa adopts transparency and endeavours to increase customers’ satisfaction by applying continual development and improvement mechanism.
