Doha: In keeping with the spirit of the holy month, the Ritz-Carlton Doha, in partnership with the 24th Men’s Handball World Championship (Qatar 2015), will present activities that will vivify their forces each day of Ramadan.
Both will prepare and donate 300 Iftar meal boxes daily for the needy.
Ladies and gentlemen of the hotel and Qatar 2015 will visit labour areas and provide Iftar meals for the less fortunate at their premises every day.
The hotel hopes to use the initiative to raise awareness on the importance of sharing and giving back to society during and after Ramadan.
“Every contribution we make is an opportunity to leave an imprint on our communities. It is through these imprints that we can make a meaningful difference,” said Hoss Vetry, Cluster General Manager of the hotel.
Committed to leaving a positive and permanent footprint on the community, the hotel and Qatar 2015 will organise on July 6 a special Iftar celebration for some 70 children and adults from Dhreima orphanage.
The yearly tradition of the hotel provides an ideal opportunity to reflect collectively on the less fortunate while breaking the fast in  togetherness.
During Iftar, ladies and gentlemen of the hotel will educate children on the secret preparation and nutritious values of each Ramadan dish and traditional juice, overjoyed by the best Ramadan Tent ambience followed by games, activities and gifts for each child.
