Interior Ministry survey on client satisfaction

Doha: The Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Interior has started a survey for clients of the Expatriates Affairs Department at Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs Directorate to measure customer satisfaction on various services. 

The survey team has distributed forms which include questions on services.

First Lieutenant Mohamed Ghaith Al Kuwari, from Information and Statistics Section at Strategic Planning Department, said the survey will last one week. 

He said that during the survey, the department has found that there was major progress in the performance level of the employees in receiving clients and providing required services. 

The Peninsula
