New Delhi: India, the world's third biggest carbon emitter, ratified the Paris agreement on climate change on Sunday at the United Nations in New York, the country's environment minister said.
"India deposited its Instrument of Ratification of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change at the @UN," Anil Madhav Dave said on Twitter.
