Doha, Qatar: Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) confirms that all health centres continue to operate as normal, providing a full range of primary healthcare services.

All scheduled appointments and specialist clinics are running as usual.

Appointment booking and enquiries
Patients may book, cancel or reschedule appointments by calling 107 (available during standard operating hours).

Specialist services
PHCC’s specialist clinics are operating as scheduled, including cardiology, ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, paediatrics and other specialised services delivered within the primary care setting. Patients continue to receive coordinated care through their registered health centres.

24-hour Urgent Care Services
PHCC provides 24-hour Urgent Care Services for registered patients with non-life-threatening conditions such as minor burns, sprains, severe headaches or earaches, high fever, dehydration and dizziness.

A nurse-led telephone triage service operates from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, directing patients to the most appropriate service, including PHCC’s 24-hour Urgent Care Centres when needed.

Medication Refill and Home Delivery
Patients may request medication refills and home delivery by sending a WhatsApp message ('Hello') to their registered health centre’s dedicated number (available on the PHCC website) between 8am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, Sunday to Thursday, or by calling 16000 or 107 for assistance.

The service fee ranges from QR20–30 and requires a valid health card.

Nar’aakom Mobile Application
PHCC’s Nar’aakom mobile app enables patients to manage appointments, view health card details, renew health cards, update assigned health centres or physicians, and manage dependent accounts.
