Doha: The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah yesterday received new ambassadors of Syria, Lebanon, Singapore and Pakistan, who presented copies of credentials.
During separate meetings with Nizar Hassan Al Haraki (Syria), Hassan Qassim Nijm (Lebanon), Wong Kok Bonn (Singapore) and Sayyed Hassan Raza (Pakistan), Dr Al Attiyah wished them success in their assignments.
He also wished further development and growth in relations between Qatar and their countries.
A number of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the meetings.
Culture minister returns from Cairo
Doha: The Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage H E Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari returned from Egypt where he participated in the annual conference of the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo recently.
During his visit, the Minister met a number of Egyptian officials.QNA
