DOHA: HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here at his Emiri Diwan Office this morning with HE Turkish Ambassador accredited to Qatar Emre Yunt on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.
At the outset of the meeting, HH the Emir granted the Turkish Ambassador the Sash of Merit in appreciation of his efforts in promoting relations between the two countries, wishing him success in his future assignments and the relations between the State of Qatar and Turkey further progress and prosperity.
For his part, the Turkish Ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir and the State's officials for the cooperation he received during his term of duty in Qatar. (QNA)
