DOHA: Sherborne Qatar and Doha College were joint winners of the U13 Qatar International Schools’ Games, which was held at the Aspire Dome during the weekend.
The festival of sport includes swimming, girls and boys Football, netball, basketball and athletics. The whole event took place in a spirit of sportsmanship and friendship.
Sherborne Qatar performed strongly in all events, taking 3rd place in the swimming and athletics category, 2nd place in netball and 1st place in basketball.
The Principal of Sherborne Qatar, Nick Prowse, said, ‘This was an excellent team performance and I am very proud of all the pupils involved and the way that represented Sherborne Qatar.
