Aamal Company,one of the GCC’s fastest growing diversified companies, approved changes to the Board of Directors during their meeting held on Saturday.
The board of directors approved the change of Al Faisal Holding LLC representative on the Company’s Board of Directors by replacing Tarek Mahmoud Al Sayed with Sheikh Jabor Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Thani, and the change of the City Limousine LLC representative on the Company’s Board of Directors by replacing Sheikh Turki Faisal Qassim Al Thani with Kamel Muhammad Al Agla.
The board of directors also approved the election of a new Managing Director for the Company, a post that was previously held by Tarek M. Al Sayed as the representative of Al Faisal Holding LLC (Tarek M. Al Sayed), and which will now be held by Sheikh Mohammad Faisal Qassim Faisal Al Thani (pictured) in his personal capacity - as the Board of Directors of the Company has elected Sheikh Mohammad Faisal Qassim Faisal Al Thani to serve as the new Managing Director of the Company.
The new board of directors are: Sheikh Faisal Qassim Faisal Thani Al Thani (Chairman), Sheikh Mohammad Faisal Qassim Al Thani (Vice Chairman- Managing Director), Sheikh Jabor Abdul Rahman Al Thani (Representative of Al Faisal Holding) Member; Sheikh Abdulla Hamad Qassim Al Thani (Representative of Al Jazi real Estate) Member; Sheikha Al Jazi Faisal Qasim Al Thani (Representative of Al Rayyan International Education) Member and Kamel Mohammad Mohammad AL Agla (Representative of City Limousine) Member .
Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Aamal, has expressed his appreciation to the former Managing Director Tarek M. El Sayed for his efforts and contribution in leading the company forward.
