DOHA: Qatar Exchange slightly down on Tuesday, adding 5.27 points or 0.05 percent to advance to 9,803.19 points from 9,808.46 on Monday.
The volume of the shares increased to 5,450,832 from 4,958,044 on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR 267,830,812.11 from 244,267,468.19 Monday.
Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share dropped 0.38 percent to QR159.30, Commercial Bank of Qatar lost 1.00 percent to 69.10, Qatar Electricity & Water fell 0.48 percent to QR165.40 and Qatar Telecom (Ooredoo) down by 0.35 percent to QR140.80.
The Banking and Financial sector index up 0.07 points while Industrial sector index down 0.34 points and Telecom sector lost 0.35 points. (QNA)
