Qatar and South Africa yesterday signed an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion. Minister of Finance H E Ali Sherif Al Emadi signed it with his counterpart Nhlanhla Nene in Pretoria. It also aims to enhance cooperation in trade and investment.
