Doha, Qatar: Tonight marks the first night of the rise of the Saad Al Saud star, also known as “the third scorpion,” announced the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD). Its ascent is projected to last for 13 days.
The star’s rise also coincides with the beginning of the spring season in Qatar.
Temperatures during this period rise intermittently during the day and are moderate at night, while northerly wind activity calms down.
This period is also characterised by weather fluctuations, which include rain accompanied by thunder, blowing dust, and fog formation.
