Madrid: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met yesterday in Madrid with State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs of Spain HE Diego Martinez Belio. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to enhance it, regional developments, and several topics of mutual interest.
