BEIRUT: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani called Lebanese President Michel Aoun on Tuesday to discuss developments after the Lebanese prime minister’s shock resignation over the weekend, al-Mayadeen TV said.
Rouhani told Aoun that unity between the Lebanese people guaranteed overcoming external strife and regional problems, Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen reported.
