DOHA: Six health centres will remain closed today on the occasion of the National Sport Day, the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) said yesterday.
Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Karana, Abu Nakhla, Airport, Al Gharafa health centers will be closed. Pre-marital examination clinics at the health centers will also remain closed.
PHCC has also announced the working hours in other health centers on the Sport Day. Al Rayyan , Madinat Khalifa, Al Muntaza, Umm Ghwailina, Abu Baker Siddiq, West Bay, Omar Bin Khattab and Messaimeer health centers will function from 7am to 2pm and from 4pm to 11pm. Dental services will operate in two shifts; from 7 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Al Khor and Al Shamal health centers will function from 7am to 2pm and from 4pm to 11pm. The Al Wakra health center will work from 7am to 11pm.
Al Shehaniya Health Center will function from 7am to 9pm. Dental services at Al Shehaniya, Al Khor and Al Shamal health Centers will be available from 7am to 2 pm and the dental facility Al Wakra Health Center will operate in two shifts: from 7 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 9 pm.
Al Jamiliya, Al Kaaban, Um Bab and Al Ghwairiya health centers will operate round-the-clock according to an on call system.
