DOHA: The Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) is organising a three-day conference on quality improvement in healthcare next week.
The Middle East Forum on Quality Improvement in Healthcare will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) from March 17 to March 19.
The Forum is being held in collaboration with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), a leading international innovator in health and healthcare improvement.
The event will bring together hundreds of healthcare leaders and experts from Qatar and across the region. The forum is intended to introduce the IHI’s internationally recognised methodology and expertise to the region.
“This is a unique opportunity to learn from IHI faculty experts about innovative ways to improve quality, safety and the patient experience. We have worked closely with the IHI to assemble a renowned faculty and specialised sessions for our region,” said Dr Abdullatif Al Khal, Deputy Chief of Medical, Academic and Research Affairs for Medical Education and Co-Chairperson for the IHI ME Forum Planning Group.
