DOHA: Qatar Islamic Insurance Company (QIIC) has announced the sale of its land in Thuaileb area in Lusail. The total area of 3,027 square metre land was sold at a price of QR1,370 per feet. The deal accrued QR8.2m profit for the company. This will be reflected on the financial results for the first quarter of 2015, QIC said in a regulatory filing to Qatar Exchange yesterday.
