Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Sunday a cable of congratulations to HE Rumen Radev, on the occasion of his swearing-in as Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria.
