Four killed in Bulgarian train blast

Sofia: At least four people died Saturday and 23 were injured when a train transporting gas derailed in the northeastern Bulgarian village of Hitrino, emergency services said.

Around 20 homes were smashed and many of the residents of the village of some 800 people were evacuated, Nikolay Nikolov, the head of fire safety and civil defence at the police said.
