Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has sent a cable of greetings to President Uhuru Kenyatta on the occasion of taking the oath as the new President of the Republic of Kenya.

Doha: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas left Doha yesterday after a several-days visit to Qatar. He was seen off upon departure at Doha International Airport by the Minister of State, H E Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Attiyah, and the Palestinian Ambassador to Qatar Munir Ghannam.
