Britain’s Prince Harry tosses a ball to Staff Sergeant Timothy Payne, who was wounded in Afghanistan, during his visit to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Prince Harry also laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington.
