Doha, Qatar: World Literacy Day was celebrated enthusiastically at Birla Public School, Kindergarten Section, Doha, Qatar, on September 8, 2025. The celebration highlighted the importance of literacy as the foundation for lifelong learning.
The students came dressed in colorful outfits and proudly wore letter badges, creating a vibrant atmosphere that reflected the spirit of the day. The day’s activities included a CVC words activity, where children actively participated in blending and reading simple words through interactive games.
This was followed by a delightful storytelling session that captured the imagination of the little ones and encouraged them to explore the world of stories. The session emphasized listening, comprehension, and vocabulary development in a fun-filled manner.
