Doha: Masraf Al Rayan — a leading bank in Qatar — is participating in the 9th Annual Sponsorship & Internship Career Forum organised by the Faculty of Management and Economics at the University of Qatar, from March 9 to 12. The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, H E Dr Abdullah Saleh Mubarak Al Khulaifi, QU President Prof Sheikha Abdulla Al Misnad, QU faculty members, students and alumni, besides 60 government and private organisations. The forum is designed to offer students a medium to meet potential employers with a view to benefitting from communication, employment and sponsorship training opportunities.
Adel Mustafawi, Group Chief Executive Officer at Masraf Al Rayan, commended the role played by the University of Qatar, under the leadership of Dr Sheikha Al Misnad in organising the forum.
“The benefits are immense and Masraf Al Rayan will use the platform to understand the nature and depth of the sponsorship and internship programmes to satisfy the applicants,”
