Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries are set to participate in the sixth edition of Cityscape 2017 opening today, at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), where the Group will announce the latest developments pertaining to its various projects in different investment sectors.
Ezdan Holding Group is keen to be at the forefront of real estate investors participating in Cityscape exhibition, particularly since the Group’s previous participation has been a great success and attracted unprecedented turnover. Ezdan completed its preparations to take part in this year’s edition with a distinctive pavilion extending over a large area, the real estae major stated yesterday.
Cityscape is a unique opportunity to exhibit the latest developments and trends in the real estate arena of the local market, highlight the most prominent investment opportunities for real estate developers, as well as projects under construction in the state of Qatar.
Ezdan Holding Group is expected to unveil its latest developments in the various sectors in which it invests. Ezdan Real Estate Company manages the Group’s projects in the field of real estate and is gearing up to disclose the latest updates of Ezdan Oasis project, and the size of achievement in this colossal project also known as “the land of the million”.
The Oasis is a residential project expected to accommodate more than 35,000 people. Located in Al Wukair area, Ezdan Oasis consists of more than 9,000 housing, commercial and administrative units, including two schools with an area of 47,800 sqm, five club houses, a 24,500 sqm hypermarket and eight mosques, two of which are grand mosques, and an administrative building of 2,965 sqm.
In the hospitality sector, Ezdan Hotels Company, a subsidiary of the Ezdan Holding Group, is gearing up to announce new developments and details regarding the launch of The Curve Hotel, located in the heart of Doha. The Hotel consists of 600 rooms and suites spread over 24 floors. Another Ezdan Hotels’ project, is Ezdan Palace Hotel, which features luxurious architectural design and consists of 194 hotel apartments.
Group CEO Ali Mohammed Al Obaidly (pictured) commented on the participation of the Group in the 2017 Cityscape exhibition, and stressed that the exhibition creates an exceptional opportunity for real estate developers in Qatar to promote their projects. He added that this edition will witness the participation of more than 100 exhibitors, noting that Cityscape is very important marketing channel for all real estate developers in the region. He pointed out that the event allows investors to benefit from constructive dialogue in an interactive atmosphere with specialists and experts in the field of real estate, which undoubtedly enhances their experience and opens pave the way for available business opportunities in the market in various investment sectors.
With regards to the importance of the exhibition for the Group, Al Obaidli stated: “The exhibition is a great platform for Ezdan Holding Group to showcase its leading experience in the real estate sector before various local and regional companies. Ezdan Real Estate Company has recently announced a number of renovations carried out within a large number of its residential compounds in Doha and beyond. Amongst these is Abu Bakr residential building, which enjoys a vibrant location in Doha, in addition to other facilities and utilities such as 24 hours security services, maintenance and parking.
In the meantime, Ezdan Mall, one of Ezdan Holding Group subsidiaries, announced the opening of the first phase of Ezdan Mall Al Wakrah, where Carrefour branch was opened. The mall spans over a surface of 64,785sqm, and is located opposite to Al Wakrah General Hospital. Moreover, Grand hypermarket was also inaugurated at Ezdan Mall Al Wukair in collaboration with Regency Group, in preparation for the grand opening.
