DOHA: Ooredoo recently hosted a networking event in partnership with Cisco, for small and medium enterprise (SME) businesses in Qatar.
The event, which was held on May 5 at the City Centre Rotana Hotel Doha, was attended by over 50 representatives of important SMEs in Qatar, and consisted of a series of presentations and live demonstrations of Ooredoo’s new Business Collaboration Solution.
With the Business Collaboration Solution, customers can enjoy superior mobility and flexibility, enabling them to benefit from advanced collaboration features such as video conferencing, instant messaging, intelligent voicemail, and even the ability to make and receive business landline calls via a mobile phone.
Apart from being able to share information and interact with customers, partners and colleagues in real time, the service makes it possible to replace a legacy telephony platform with a next-generation hosted collaboration solution, to offer enhanced features and better reliability.
As part of Ooredoo’s growing partnership with Cisco, this relationship was recently enhanced by a new service provider’s certification, awarded to Ooredoo by Cisco. This Cloud and Managed Services Certification (CMSP) confirms Ooredoo’s ability to offer Cisco powered solutions to the highest standards.
