Deputy Amir HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, and Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani also sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to the Philippines President on this occasion.
