DOHA: The operating hours for Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) hospitals during Ramadan has been announced yesterday.
Hamad General Hospital will be open from Sunday to Thursday. It’s Out Patient Department’s morning clinics will function between 8.00am to 1.00pm and the evening clinic between 8:30pm to 11:00pm.
OPD Pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 2:00pm and the Diabetic Pharmacy and Pediatric Pharmacy from 8:00am to 1:00pm. And their evening clinic starts from 8:30pm untill 12:00pm between Sunday and Wednesday.
Women’s Hospital’s OPD will be open from Sunday to Thursday, morning clinics from 8:00am to 1:00pm and evening clinics from 7:30pm to 10:30pm. The Pharmacy will continue to operate 24 hours.
National Center for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR)’s OPD Clinics starts at 8:00am untill 1:00pm from Sunday to Thursday. The OPD pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 2:00pm from Sunday to Thursday and from 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.
Heart Hospital will be open from Sunday to Thursday, and OPD Clinics from 8:00am to 1:00pm and OPD Pharmacy 8:00am to 1:00pm.
The Cuban Hospital’s OPD and rehabilitation will operate from 8:00am to 1:00pm, Sunday to Thursday with booked appointments during Ramadan. The Emergency Department will continue to operate on a 24 hour basis.
The OPD will be closed over Eid, but the hospital will operate an urgent care clinic supported by on-call specialists. The clinic will be available for patients with chronic illness (diabetes, asthma) from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and 24 hours for emergency cases. Charges will apply for non-urgent care.
Al Wakra Hospital’s OPD Clinics and Pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 1:00pm between Sunday and Thursday.
The HMC Patient Contact Center (HPCC) will operate 6:00am to 5:00pm between Sunday and Thursday, and from 11:00am to 5:00pm from Fridayand Saturday. HPCC services apply to Hamad General Hospital, Dental Clinic at Rumailah Hospital, and Women’s Hospital.
