Doha: Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) inaugurated the ICC Youth Wing that will serve as a platform for the Indian youth for networking, sharing talents, skills, knowledge and understanding.
The event held on August 10, Tuesday, kicked off with an address by Xavier Dhanraj, who spoke about his experience in setting goals, learning lessons, achieving targets.
The gathering was also attended by ICC President, PN Baburajan; ICC Advisory Council, KS Prasad; and ICC managing committee member Mohan Kumar.
During the event, the managing committee leaders for the ICC Youth Wing was also introduced by the ICC General Secretary, Krishna Kumar.
The managing committee leaders are Manjoth, Sangita Das, Naveena Priya, Swagath Yegna Narayanan, Shobhan Bandarapu, Vinod Kumar Padala, Dishary Roy, Depesh Banik, Gijo George, Niyas Kaippengal, Abdulla Poyil, Bharath Anand, and Abhinav.
The leaders of the committee will be expanded based on the need to support activities.
A meeting place for all the youth members will also be provided by the ICC. On the other hand, young participants in the inaugural event expressed their appreciation on the concept of promoting a platform for surfacing talent, creativity, innovative approach in dealing with issues, and leading the future.
ICC managing Committee member, Anish George, concluded the ceremony with a vote of thanks.
