KPMG has been ranked as the 8th most attractive employer for business students in the Middle East, based on a survey carried out by Universum, an employer branding research, insights and communications company.
The survey results were based on the responses of 13,873 Business and Engineering & IT students in Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Egypt and Lebanon. KPMG moved up six spaces from the 2015 ranking.
On the ranking, Ahmed Abu-Sharkh (pictured), country senior partner at KPMG in Qatar said, “It’s an honour for KPMG to be ranked highly amongst the student community. We invest in developing our people by giving them the opportunity to be involved in challenging projects and through structured learning and development programs – a strong value proposition for new graduates.”
KPMG in the Middle East and South Asia region saw more than 2,500 new hires in 2016.
