Doha: Ooredoo has launched a free app for Apple mobile devices that enables customers to easily manage their subscriptions and accounts at their fingertips.
The app is available through the iTunes Store at www.ooredoo.qa/app, customers can view their usage and pay their Ooredoo bills, top-up their Hala credit, manage their Shahry accounts, and redeem their Nojoom Points.
Customers can also reserve Easy-to-Remember numbers and search the phone directory, from any Apple mobile device, including the iPhone, iPad and iPod.
“The Ooredoo app gives Ooredoo customers yet another way to interact with the company,” the company said in a statement yesterday.
To reach more customers, Ooredoo app developers are working to make the app available for Android and BlackBerry smartphones soon.
