Ezdan opens unique customer service centre

DOHA: Ezdan Holding Group, Qatar’s leading property developer, has launched its customer care centre (Ezdan Plus) that would offer a wide range of services to the residents at its various projects. 

The unique customer care centre will offer services including house cleaning, car wash, insurance, venues for hosting receptions, tours and travels, vehicle maintenance, healthcare, rent-a-car and cargo to its tenants.  

Over 25,000 residents of Ezdan’s various properties will be eligible for the Group’s exceptional service. The event was attended by the Group’s top executives including Ali Mohammed Al Obaidily, CEO, Ezdan Holding Group; Dr Ayub Khalil Al Faraj, General Manager, Ezdan Real Estate Company. Ezdan will issue special ID cards for all its tenants who have entered into a one year agreements. They will be able to enjoy the Ezdan Plus services using these cards.
