Doha, Qatar The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a telephone call on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait.
The Kuwait Amir offered his condolences on the passing of the late His Highness the Father Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
For his part, His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait for his heartfelt condolences.
