Buddhist monks yesterday walk past pictures depicting the uprising during a commemoration of a mass uprising against military rule 41 years ago where scores of people were killed as thousands of students and workers took to the streets in Bangkok on October 14, 1973 in a political revolution that toppled a military dictatorship.
