DOHA: Qatargas has made a financial contribution to Qatar Red Crescent. The donation included funds raised at the 16th annual Qatargas Golf Open late last year, with an additional contribution from the company.
A ceremony was held at Qatargas’ head office in Doha to acknowledge Qatargas’ contribution.
Saad Shaheen Al Kaabi, Fund Raising and Investment Manager, QRC, presented a certificate of appreciation to Ghanim Al Kuwari, Chief Operating Officer – Administration, Qatargas.
As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, Qatargas is keen to build enduring partnerships with organisations that strive to improve the lives of the needy and deserving people around the world.
Its support to QRC is in line with the company’s initiatives to make a significant contribution towards achieving human development goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
