Mohamed Shaheem (pictured) , a former student of MES successfully completed his BA (Hons) with flying colours recently and had the honour of receiving the prestigious gold medal from the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani for his outstanding scholastic and non scholastic accomplishments.
Mohamed Shaheem has won several honours to his credit in his eventful academic pursuits. He garnered the best student award in the category of Academic Excellence in the Qatar University Honours Program and Oryx GTL for 2012-13’. He became the national debate champion at the sixth Qatar University Debating League organised by Qatar Debates centre, Qatar Foundation in March 2013 besides featuring in the Dean’s list and Vice President’s list of academic excellence at Qatar University for the eighth and sixth semester respectively.
