Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday sent cables of condolences to Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the victims of the coal mine explosion in the Manisa Province. The Emir also spoke with Erdogan on the telephone and expressed condolences and sympathy.
The Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani sent a similar cable to Erdogan.
