The Third Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Qatar Conference is set to take place from October 6–7 at The Ritz-Carlton Doha. The conference aims to enhance corporate sustainability, social responsibility, and sound governance frameworks, highlighting their vital role as cornerstones for building a resilient and sustainable economy.
Addressing the press conference yesterday hosted by Qatar Chamber (QC) to announce the ESG event, Ali Bu Sherbak Al-Mansori, Acting General Manager of QC noted that ESG issues have become critical pillars of corporate competitiveness, investment readiness, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
Al-Mansori said, “As global standards evolve, a company’s ability to integrate ESG principles into their strategies and operations has become an important factor in their capacity to grow, attract investment, build trust, and remain competitive in rapidly changing markets.”
